You cannot change the address of an order that has already been placed.
You can change your order address by contacting one of our admins via WhatsApp.
Unfortunately, you cannot add more items to an order that has already been placed.
If you want to add more items, please contact our admins on the WhatsApp logo at the bottom right
You can see your order status on My account -> Orders or Click Here
Please ignore your order, then your order will be automatically cancelled or you can contact our admins to help cancel your order.
You will receive an email reply that your order is in Processing status, Or you can check your order status on My Account – Orders. Click Here
We will send order receipt to your E-mail or you can ask to our admins to get your order receipt.

Returns & Exchanges
VIVIZUBEDI will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return and exchange within 7 days from the shipping date. Please contact our customer service.
NOTE:
1. Keep all the tags and packing with them
2. Please provide information why you want to return or exchange the product
Most return are processed within 10 days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation that your return has been processed. If the product you returned is sold out and we can’t replace it with a new one, we will refund your money via bank transfer or you can exchange it with store credit.
Your refund will be transfered to your bank account which you have to provide with your complete name and details.We have tried our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of products show on the vivizubedi.com webstore. However, the colors may appear differently depend on your monitor. We can not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurately
